    We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow in their career, possesses strong communication skills, and has a result-oriented mindset. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, running fin-tech and customer-catching campaigns, building offline distribution, and educating customers about our products and services.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Engage with commuters at metro stations to promote sales of NCMC prepaid cards.
    2. Promote our digital wallet and related products through on-field marketing campaigns.
    3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance our services.
    4. Work with the founders to develop growth strategies.
    5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    7. Meet and exceed sales targets with effective sales strategies and tactics.
    8. Track sales performance and identify improvement areas.
    9. Work with marketing, product development, and customer support teams and provide insights to improve products and marketing efforts.
    10. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support.


    Other Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Freshers are welcome; experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    4. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
